The Beet Retreat, one of the industry’s most talked about gatherings of high-level media executives, will take place at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, San Juan, Puerto Rico, March 16–18, 2022.

The event begins at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel on Wednesday, March 16 at 4:00 pm and ends on Friday, March 18 at noon.

Part industry enclave and part a made-for-TV setting, the event will provide essential industry intelligence and connections with the people who are leading the industry. For the participants, it will provide exposure via videos on Beet.TV along with high-impact social media. The Retreat will provide unique business development opportunities and enduring professional relationships.

We will be working with a small group of sponsoring partners to develop our plans for the event – helping to set the industry’s agenda for the 2020’s. The partners will play a key role in helping to curate the event and develop the sessions, working with Beet to jointly create content and session formats. This includes programming, speaking opportunities, private pitch sessions, and real engagement with the industry.

Along the way, we’ll also explore how changing consumer preferences and new service launches are transforming the TV and premium video marketplace, deep diving into the latest developments in streaming and OTT, data and audience targeting, measurement and attribution, and international opportunities.

The event is limited to just 40 speakers, who will also be interviewed in our hotel studio for Beet.TV  segments. The Retreat is limited to 150 attendees.

Travel to Puerto Rico is domestic, passports are not required.  There are many direct flights daily from major U.S. cities to San Juan.  The event hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the airport.

Event registration is $6,000. Full speaker participation is $8,500.  To be considered as a speaker or to request an invitation to join, please contact Andy Plesser
